By using our SpeakApp service in any way, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast or publish using the service.
You must not use SpeakApp for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not create any phony communities or disturb the service for other users.
You can quit using SpeakApp at any time.
We may cancel your account immediately along with all your communities if you violate these terms of service.
The service is prepaid and is non-refundable.
We guarantee the service will be online when you need it.
If we fail you can complain to us then we will recharge your prepaid account with the number of meeting hours you booked and missed because SpeakApp was unavailable, or the blackout time itself (rounded up to full hours) if you booked none.
The deadline for the complaints is the 7th day past the incident.
To the greatest extent permitted by the law, we shall not be liable for anything, apart from the explicit guarantee expressed in section II.
Our liability is always limited by the amount of money you paid us, and it expires after two years.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time by posting the revised document here.
If any of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
The service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the Polish court shall be the governing jurisdiction.
Your personal data (name, email address, IP and all the other datails sent by your web browser) are used only to provide you with the service.
If you subscribe to a community or join a meeting, other participants may get to know your name.
The data may be transferred to, and stored at, locations both inside and outside the European Economic Area.
Of course, you are free to edit your personal information.
You may also delete the data along with your account. But please note your data may stay in our logs for up to a year.
